1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability of flights, hotels, transport, visas, and other services.
• A booking will be considered confirmed only after receiving the required deposit or full payment.
• AFTAB Tours & Travels reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if required information or documents are not provided.

2. Pricing & Currency

• Package prices may be quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or United States Dollars (USD).
• Payments can be accepted in INR or USD as agreed at the time of booking.
• Exchange rate fluctuations, government taxes, airline surcharges, or supplier charges may affect the final package cost.
• Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

3. Deposit Policy

• A deposit is required to secure any booking.
• ALL DEPOSITS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
• The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment must be completed before travel documents are issued.
• Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking.
• Any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion charges shall be borne by the customer.

5. Passport & Visa Responsibility

• Passengers must hold a valid passport with the required validity period.
• Visa approval is subject to the rules and decisions of the respective authorities.
• AFTAB Tours & Travels is not responsible for visa rejection, delays, or additional requirements requested by the authorities.

6. Flight Changes & Airline Policies

• Flight schedules may change without prior notice.
• Airlines may cancel, delay, or reschedule flights.
• Any additional charges arising due to airline changes shall be borne by the passenger unless covered by the airline.

7. Hotel & Transportation Services

• Hotel check-in and check-out times are governed by hotel policies.
• Similar-category hotels may be provided if the originally booked hotel becomes unavailable.
• Transportation services are operated by local suppliers and are subject to local regulations and conditions.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.
• Deposit payments are non-refundable.
• Visa fees, service charges, airline charges, hotel charges, and any payments already made to suppliers are non-refundable.
• Additional cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation and supplier policies.

9. No Show Policy

• If a passenger fails to travel, join the tour, or use booked services without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a No Show.
• No refund will be provided in such cases.

10. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
• AFTAB Tours & Travels shall not be responsible for losses resulting from illness, accidents, baggage loss, theft, flight disruption, or any unforeseen event.

11. Limitation of Liability

• AFTAB Tours & Travels acts as a travel organizer and intermediary between customers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, visa providers, and local operators.
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, service failures, accidents, natural disasters, government restrictions, political situations, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid directly to AFTAB Tours & Travels for the affected service.

12. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate personal details as per their passport.
• Any loss resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer shall be the customer's responsibility.
• Travelers must comply with the laws and regulations of the countries they visit.

13. Force Majeure

AFTAB Tours & Travels shall not be liable for any loss, delay, cancellation, or additional expense caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• War or civil unrest
• Government restrictions
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Airline operational issues
• Airport closures
• Weather conditions

14. Changes by the Company

AFTAB Tours & Travels reserves the right to amend itineraries, hotels, transportation arrangements, or package inclusions when necessary due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond our control.

15. Website Information

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, AFTAB Tours & Travels does not guarantee that all information on its website, brochures, advertisements, or social media platforms will always be free from errors or omissions.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

17. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from bookings or services provided by AFTAB Tours & Travels shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

18. Acceptance

By making a booking, payment, or using any service provided by AFTAB Tours & Travels, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
